Just a few random notes to get you to the middle of the week:

  • If you haven’t been to see Rusty Williams around the state to have your copy of My Old Confederate Home signed, there are plenty more opportunities! You can visit Rusty’s blog for event details, or the My Old Confederate Home Facebook page.
  • Chef Albert Schmid did a wonderful interview with Mark for his excellent podcast “WhiskyCast” last month. Listen here for the full podcast. Mark is also giving away copies of The Kentucky Bourbon Cookbook to lucky listeners and fans, so tune in for more information from him!
  • Hedy Lamarr: The Most Beautiful Woman in Film is coming soon to a store near you! I will keep you posted  when this exciting new title becomes available!
  • Business at UPK is in full swing as we come to the end of the Spring 2010 season and come close to the Fall catalog. If there is a particular title you’ve always had your eye on, check back next week for some EXCITING news!
