Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I hope you’ve taken some time off from stressing over your bracket to have some corned beef and cabbage for lunch or to pinch someone not wearing green. As for UPK, there’s less pinching and more bracket-talk.
However, there’s also a lot of talk about our new Fall 2010 catalog (it’s coming soon- I promise!) I’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready for the world. But we’ve still got new books galore, like the Kentucky Bourbon Cookbook you’ve been hearing so much about. Consuming Louisville is hosting a nice little giveaway of TWO of Chef Schmid’s books.
So, if you’re not making Corned Beef and Cabbage, maybe Kentucky Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie will do the trick!
